It’s not secret that traveling can seriously suck sometimes. Especially when you’re traveling with lots of stuff. I don’t love using the word stuff, but often a beach vacation can be the toughest in regards to the amount of ‘baggage’ that you need. Coolers, towels, sunscreen, bathing suits, water, food. That doesn’t even account for normal daily things like clothing, makeup, or shoes.
So I’m sure you can definitely understand trying to pack light. Trying being the key word. When it comes to packing versatile pieces, it’s best to keep them somewhat neutral in terms of style and color. These shorts might not be neutral to some, but I loved wearing them different ways. I wore them with this lace crop top for a day of shopping and lunch in East Hampton, and with an off-the-shoulder top out to dinner and drinks.
Also, if you’re looking to get an entire set of multi-wear pieces, definitely check out Vacay Style (<—- linked!). They customize their collections by offering multiple pieces that coordinate to bring on vacation while keeping your suitcase light. I loveeee this idea and totally support bringing a small suitcase and saving room in the trunk for food and drinks!
